Dena Douglass, our dedicated Client Services Manager, brings over 23 years of experience to White Pine Wealth Advisors. Growing up in Central Oregon, Dena developed a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others from a young age. She attended LDS Business College, where she honed her skills in business and client service.
Dena's career journey began at the age of 14 when she started working as a receptionist for her father. Her natural affinity for client service quickly became apparent, and she began taking on more responsibilities, eventually becoming his full-time assistant after graduating from college. This early start instilled in her a deep commitment to client care and a thorough understanding of the financial industry.
Now residing in Boise, Idaho, Dena is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have three wonderful children in their teen years. Her family is a central part of her life, and they share a love for camping and traveling. One of their goals is to visit all of the National Parks, a pursuit that brings them joy and adventure. In her spare time, Dena enjoys sewing, knitting, and reading, activities that allow her to relax and express her creativity.
Dena's favorite part of her job is the personal connection she forms with our clients. She finds it incredibly fulfilling to not only help protect and grow their resources but to also come to know them on a personal level. Over the years, she has come to view many of our clients as extended family, sharing in their joys and supporting them through their challenges.
